Our Products

All of our products are handmade and hand finished using specialist techniques to add individuality to each piece. Please note, this may mean that the product appears slightly different to the image on the website. For instance the brass elements that features in many of our products may have an oxidised appearance, but we hope you agree this adds to the beauty of handcraftsmanship.


Standard Delivery (within mainland UK): 4-5 working days from despatch of the order

Express Delivery (within mainland UK): 1-2 working days from despatch of the order

All orders delivery charges are quoted dependent on postal code and order value. Please contact us for further details.

We are able to deliver abroad, please contact us with your address and we will advise of the various options.



We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind and would like to return/exchange your item(s) please contact us within 14days of receipt of your order. We will supply a refund reference and return label, but please note you are responsible for the postage. Whilst we do not need the original packaging the items need to be in sellable condition. If your order is faulty please forward us the receipt for the postage and we shall credit this when processing the refund.

Once we receive your item(s) our returns team will contact you to obtain payment details and process the refund to you within 7working days. Alternatively if you request an exchange we shall contact you to confirm any applicable credit/debit before despatching the item(s).
